October 3, 2007 - Waymaker Enterprises met with Managing Director Mike Morris, Michelle Arnold and Shaun Culhane and entered into an agreement with Ernst & Morris, the nations oldest and largest cost segregation firm to offer cost segregation services to businesses throughout the United States. Through our partnership with Ernst & Morris we will offer full cost segregation services which include coordination of engineering support and preparation of Tax Form 3115 (Application For Change In Accounting Method) as needed.

July 31, 2007 - Waymaker Enterprises held a press conference at the Embassy Suites hotel in Birmingham announcing its plans to build the Birmingham Megaplex. The proposed project will consist of 72,000 seat Dome Stadium, a 25,000 seat Arena, Hotels and an Entertainment district. Alabama State Representative John Rogers, who has been pursing the construction of a dome stadium for 11 years, believes that he has found the right group in Waymaker to complete the project and bring a dome stadium and possible professional sports franchise to Birmingham.

March 23, 2007 - For Immediate Release - On March 2, 2007, "Team New Orleans" returned to New Orleans for a three day Post-Katrina Redevelopment Conference which was chaired by the International Humanitarian Ambassador Oscar J. February 23, 2007 - Waymaker has partnered with Galaxy Cinemas of Norcross, GA to form Galaxy Entertainment Goup. The joint venture's first project closed in February and is a 42,000 square foot movie theater located in Riverdale, GA. The group is in the process of renovating the theater to add stadium seating, new lighting, new screens, concession stand and more. The theater will also have a brand new "funplex" game room for additional family fun. The group is currently looking at additional sites in Houston, TX and Birmingham, AL.
November 19, 2006 - Ambassador Oscar J. Webb was honored with the
post of development Chief of Nyewer Kplade. The installation took place on Sunday Nov 19, Ambassador Webb's 69th birthday, at the foot of the Krobo Mountain their Ancestral home. March 15, 2006 - Waymker Enterprises announces a joint agreement with Aegis Partners, creating Waymaker Technologies to provide emerging technologies to municipal governments.
February 6, 2006 - Waymaker Entertainment begins promotion of Playa Ray, featuring a new hit song “Riding in my Chevy” with the album do to be release in early summer 2006.
January 27, 2006 - Waymaker Entertainment, in conjunction with How Bout It International, promotes the chart hopping groups featuring David Banner, D4L, and the How Bout It Family at Atlanta Live.
November 17,2005 - Waymaker Entertainment partners with How Bout It International, providing funding for national mix tape magazine.
